You have to take a position and hold throughout the bout. Nothing should escape your attention. Do not be distracted by anything other than your job. Use what you want, coffee, energy drink, you must be at maximum concentration to be the best NSO.
REMEMBER : ALL NSO ARE THE BEST NSO OF THE GAME ! You do your best? DO YOUR BETTER BEST !
