First Men’s Roller Derby Championships !

On saturday & sunday were the first European Men’s Roller Derby Championships, in Birmingham, UK.

The finalists were Southern Discomfort, from London, and the Quad Guards from Toulouse, France. The bout end with  254 - 256 for London.

With only two years of existence, the Quad Guards are the first Men’s Roller Derby league in France, the first who played against two english leagues (Southern Discomfort, and The Inhuman League from Sheffield, UK) in friendly matches, the first french Men’s Roller Derby league who played in European Championships AND the first French Men’s Roller Derby league with a silver medal in this game !

Well done boys, you deserved the gold medal ! Long live the Quad Guards ! Long live French Men’s Roller Derby !
